Employee Housing Cleaner - Year Round

Employee Housing Cleaner cleans employee housing properties including kitchens, shared bathrooms, dining and living areas, and assists with stocking supplies, inventory, and assigned tasks. Responsibilities include deep cleaning between seasons, cleaning vacated rooms/properties during winter, delivering supplies to lodges, identifying maintenance needs and reporting them, and performing snow removal as assigned. Must follow Winter Park policies, health and sanitation codes, and maintain a friendly, safety-conscious attitude; lifting up to 50 pounds; 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week; outdoor work and high-altitude conditions are common; Education: High School or GED; Cleaning/janitorial/facilities experience required.
