Employee Health Nurse

Employee Health Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach, analyzing employee injury data to identify trends and develop injury-prevention protocols. The role includes immunizations, TB skin screening, respirator fit testing, and collaboration with infection control, disability management, and human resources to manage exposure and return-to-work processes, while advancing policy and compliance related to employee health services and maintaining current knowledge of employee health regulations. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Appleton.
