Job Summary
Conduct acute care, injury management, and health screenings for Erickson employees, including new hire assessments, immunizations, and periodic preventive exams. Manage occupational health services such as work-related vaccines, TB testing, and worker's compensation injury care while maintaining OSHA logs and confidential electronic medical records. Coordinate mass asymptomatic employee testing, screen for mental health conditions, and provide lifestyle counseling to promote healthy behaviors. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, refer patients to specialized resources, and maintain departmental budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Training and current certification as an NP
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of staff management, including delegating, developing, coaching, and motivating employees
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Current licensure in the state where working
- CPR certified
- Phlebotomy skills
- Must complete regulatory online Health Stream courses and attend the orientation for understanding the Person Centered Approach to care
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADA, and OSHA
- Knowledge of computer-based medical records management systems
