Job Summary
Conduct acute care, injury management, and preventive screenings for Erickson employees at Eagle's Trace, managing new hire assessments, immunizations, and chronic disease care. Lead interdisciplinary outbreak response by coordinating isolation protocols, testing, and data entry for infectious disease events. Perform diagnostic evaluations, medication reviews, and lifestyle counseling while maintaining confidential electronic medical records and OSHA logs. Collaborate with the Infection Control Officer to improve vaccination rates and deliver onsite wellness education sessions. Maintain departmental budgets and ensure patient safety through consistent policy implementation and risk identification.
Required Qualifications
- Training and current certification as an NP
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of staff management, including delegating, developing, coaching, and motivating employees
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Current licensure in the state where working
- CPR certified
- Phlebotomy skills
- Must complete regulatory online Health Stream courses and attend the orientation for understanding the Person Centered Approach to care
Desired Qualifications
- Professional maturity and the ability to develop a cohesive, employee-focused center of excellence for employee health and wellness
- Previous experience with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADA, and OSHA
- Knowledge of computer-based medical records management systems
