Job Summary
Conduct acute care, injury management, and health screenings for Erickson employees, including new hire assessments, immunizations, and periodic preventive exams. Manage occupational health services such as work-related vaccines, DOT physicals, and worker's compensation injury care while maintaining OSHA logs and confidential medical records. Coordinate mass asymptomatic employee testing for outbreaks, interpret diagnostic results, and provide lifestyle counseling on diet, physical activity, and disease prevention. Screen for mental health conditions, review medications for compliance and interactions, and refer patients to specialized resources or the Employee Assistance Program. Collaborate with the community team to improve vaccination rates, develop wellness education sessions, and maintain the departmental budget.
Required Qualifications
- Training and current certification as an NP
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of staff management, including delegating, developing, coaching, and motivating employees
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Current licensure in the state where working
- CPR certified
- Phlebotomy skills
- Must complete regulatory online Health Stream courses and attend the orientation for understanding the Person Centered Approach to care

- Previous experience with electronic medical records
- Occupational health or primary care setting
- Knowledge of FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADA, and OSHA
- Knowledge of computer-based medical records management systems
