Employee Health (Non RN)

Coordinate employee annual physicals, new hire clearances, and worker's compensation issues as requested by Human Resources. Provide emergency evaluation for work-related injuries, ensure cost-effective treatment coordination, and refer staff to preferred providers. Collaborate with management on employee health service objectives and document confidential records accurately. Conduct safety rounds to verify adherence to safety practices across all hospital departments. Maintain a safe environment for patients, physicians, volunteers, visitors, and hospital employees. Requires three years of acute care nursing experience; previous employee health or infection control experience preferred.
