Job Summary
Manage the Employee Health & Benefits technical training program for MMA FL by designing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives aligned with strategic learning goals. Collaborate with local managers and the Talent Development COE to develop training content for new and existing colleagues on system functionality, best practices, and tools like AMS and the Playbook. Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure continuous improvement of technical knowledge through new and refresher courses, while partnering with Operations to test workflows and address skill gaps. Represent the FL region on the MMA U – EH&B Workgroup and provide general direction to assure compliance with insurance regulations and new legislation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5-8 years' of employee benefits experience including systems, compliance, and various client size
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong management and demonstrated team-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive and trusted working relationships with management and peers
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Proficiency in MS office applications
