Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager

Manage service and retention for middle to large market group benefit accounts by handling day-to-day correspondence and client inquiries. Assist producers and benefit consultants in gathering information for new and renewing groups, managing implementations, intake forms, and enrollments. Maintain organized workflows and ensure client electronic files are current within the document management system. Requires an active 2-15 license and strong communication skills regarding Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
