Employee Health and Benefits Client Executive

Job Summary
Drive business development and serve as the primary client contact for employee health and benefits programs. Identify and pursue new opportunities, build a robust client pipeline, and deliver presentations and proposals. Manage client relationships, provide strategic guidance on benefits design, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead renewals and negotiations, conduct needs assessments, stay current on ACA/ERISA/HIPAA regulatory requirements, and provide analytics on utilization and cost trends to identify improvement opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with benefits administration software, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Must be within driving distance to Alpharetta, GA, and commute to the office at least three days per week. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of work-related experience
- Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and benefits administration software
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, SHRM) are a plus
