Employee Grocery Store Supervisor

Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, maintain clean and well-stocked store areas, and process transactions accurately using the Point of Sales system. Stock products following FIFO and visual protocols, manage inventory levels, and execute daily financial reporting and cash drops. Perform routine cleaning, operate the barista and juicing stations while adhering to food safety standards, and assist with guest problem-solving and recovery. Lead team members through training, provide measurable feedback, and model inclusive policies and procedures. Collaborate across store levels to ensure operational readiness and uphold responsible alcohol management requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Serv Safe Food Handler Certification, or the ability to get it within 30 days of hire
- PA RAMP Server/Seller Certification, or the ability to get it within 30 days of hire
- Ability and desire to work in all areas of the store, as needed
- Ability to work in a team and share responsibilities and duties
- Ability to work with grace under pressure
- Ability to be a friendly, empathic, and adept communicator
- Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict in a straightforward and timely manner
- Ability to gracefully accept and respond to feedback
- Ability to set priorities, be organized, and be a self-starter
- Ability to navigate technology efficiently
- Ability to be flexible regarding work schedule
- Minimum of 2 days of a week, and a regular schedule
- Potential for working evenings/nights, early mornings, weekends, and/or holidays
