Job Summary
Oversee employee onboarding and engagement touchpoints by creating memorable experiences, auditing regional processes, and partnering with sites to streamline workflows. Monitor HRIS systems to analyze data for process improvements, gather feedback from employees and sites, and implement audit checklists. Act as a change agent to inform managers of company-wide updates and develop the Armor brand through social media and technology. Collaborate with IT, site leadership, credentialing, and learning departments to ensure unified efforts and provide guidance to corporate and facilities on new hire engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and communicate effectively when influencing stakeholders and leadership
- Experience in communications/change management to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong detail orientation and the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently is essential
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated passion for employee experience, inclusion and diversity or digital workplace principles/tools
- Experience analyzing enterprise data to drive programs, content, campaign planning and decision making
- Experience with field-based and/or frontline employee engagement is a major bonus
