Job Summary
Shape Agilent's employee experience strategy across engagement, listening, and culture by designing an enterprise listening strategy using Peakon to generate actionable insights. Partner globally with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Country General Managers to translate insights into action that drives impact. Lead the strategy and governance of Employee Network Groups, ensuring initiatives support community building and culture objectives. Develop internal and external narratives for leadership messaging, stakeholder updates, and ESG reporting. This role supports the Global Talent Management Center of Excellence, the talent innovation engine for Agilent's 18,000 global employees. Full-time weekly schedule with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in employee engagement, listening, culture, employee experience, or related HR role in a global and / or matrixed organization
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Workday and employee listening platforms
- Peakon experience strongly preferred
