Employee Experience/Community Relations Specialist at Buehler’s Fresh Foods supporting Medina Forest Meadows and Wadsworth stores. Responsible for managing open positions, screening applicants for departments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through recruiting and onboarding. Leads initial interviews (phone or in-person), completes Dayforce notes, coordinates with HR on hiring decisions, and handles onboarding tasks such as background checks, I-9, and benefits communication. Maintains training catalogs, coordinates department training, tracks onboarding completion, and ensures compliance with store procedures. Emphasizes a strong culture of teamwork, customer focus, and reliability while supporting benefits explanations, communications, and day-to-day HR-related processes. This is a non-exempt hourly role, approximately 40 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, onboarding, training operations, and employee relations across designated Ohio locations.
