Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate onboarding and new-hire experiences in a Toronto office, partnering with People Team and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth IT/functional onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to liaise between Hiring Managers, new hires, and HR/People Managers on onboarding and offboarding. Analyze data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities, and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to support onboarding initiatives. The role emphasizes a relentless people-centric mindset, collaboration, and strong communication to optimize the employee journey from hire to offboarding.
