Job Summary
Conduct quarterly, six-month, and annual caregiver evaluations in accordance with company standards and Kansas HCBS requirements. Gather feedback from supervisors, clients, and documentation to deliver constructive, strength-based feedback that recognizes accomplishments and identifies coaching opportunities. Serve as a positive ambassador of company culture during all interactions, building relationships to promote engagement and retention. Incorporate quarterly focus themes into conversations and track metrics to communicate trends to leadership. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations while managing confidential employee and client information. Ability to travel locally to conduct field evaluations is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
- Ability to travel locally to conduct caregiver evaluations as needed
- Flexibility to meet with caregivers in the field and accommodate varying schedules
- Ability to maintain timely and consistent communication with caregivers and leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching, or supervising caregivers
- Experience working in HCBS, home care, or a related healthcare environment
- 1-3: 3 years (Preferred)
