Job Summary
Designs, coordinates, and enhances employee engagement programs and initiatives; partners with HR and business leaders to shape workplace culture and lifecycle experiences; focuses on improving employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration and employee communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Care Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in human resources, people operations, employee engagement, marketing/internal communications, or a related role in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
- Three (3) years of experience in employee experience, human resources, people operations, employee engagement, marketing/internal communications, or a related role
- Prior experience coordinating employee programs, engagement initiatives, workplace events, or culture-building activities
- Strong experience with employee communications, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience analyzing employee feedback, survey data, and engagement metrics preferred
