Employee Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Support the implementation of initiatives to promote a culture of high engagement and enhance employee experience. Provide administrative, logistical, and budgetary support for employee affinity groups, including programming coordination and governance documentation. Collaborate with HR and company managers to deliver consultation on employee experience, recognition, and inclusion initiatives. Manage project delivery for pulse engagement surveys and focus groups, working with business partner teams on action planning. Collect and analyze data to develop key reports related to culture, belonging, and appreciation. Participate in onboarding, branding efforts, and special projects while staying abreast of industry trends. This role partners with Human Resources and Organizational Development to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Organizational Development or other related fields of study
- Minimum 5 years' human resources, employee relations, HR generalist experience, or related HR function
- demonstrated experience leading projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and completion
- Experience in supporting and/or leading employee engagement initiatives
- strong attention to detail
- time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft OneDrive, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity
- Must value difference in others' strength perspectives, approach, and personal choice
- Must be able to partner and work effectively with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of belonging, inclusion, appreciation, and recognition across the organization
- Possess, strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate new and complex ideas, present data effectively, gain stakeholder buy-in and build collaborative partnerships
- This role will be eligible for hybrid work after 6 months
- may require periodic travel
