Job Summary
Employee Engagement Specialist responsible for planning and executing engaging organizational events and recognition programs that align with company goals; manages end-to-end event logistics (budgeting, vendor coordination, communications, on-site support), leads employee recognition initiatives and tracks engagement outcomes via data analysis; supports internal communications, onboarding, employee experience activities, and cross-functional HR operations; collaborates with external partners to enhance the employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products) including generating reports, manipulating and analyzing data (Excel)
