Employee Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Owns and orchestrates the Employee Engagement Program across wellbeing listening, recognition, DEI, internal communications and digital experience to shape culture from within. Designs, develops and executes the integrated Engagement Program of work aligned to the Employee Engagement and Experience Plan. Shapes internal communications and establishes tone-of-voice for people and culture initiatives to build connection and consistent messaging. Manages the P&C SharePoint intranet presence and designs digital experiences for easy access to programs, policies and resources. Oversees end-to-end employee surveys from planning to analysis, reporting and facilitation of post-survey action with leaders. Designs, develops and manages employee events, including conferences and other key engagement milestones throughout the year. Strong written and visual storytelling skills, ability to turn data into actionable insights, and experience working across multiple programs simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline
- Proven experience designing and delivering employee engagement or people experience programs in a corporate environment
- Experience owning employee surveys end-to-end, including analysis, reporting and facilitating action planning with leaders
- Experience working with multimedia communication channels, including graphic design, audio and video
- Comfortable managing a SharePoint intranet and designing digital experiences that improve self-service and employee navigation
