Job Summary
Employee Engagement Specialist role focused on guiding employee experience through surveys, events, onboarding, and inclusive initiatives. Responsible for overseeing employee feedback surveys, coordinating events and recognition programs, supporting onboarding and orientation, and fostering an inclusive workplace. Key duties include managing onboarding logistics (ID badges, name plates, prep swag, head shots), planning and executing events (Block Parties, employee celebrations), maintaining monthly budget and expenses, sustaining turnover dashboards and analyzing trends, and responding to FAQs on Slack. Requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and customer service experience; HR experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential; proficiency with Windows-based tools (Word, Excel) and Google Docs is expected.
