Job Summary

The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving employee engagement strategies and cultures across the company. Key responsibilities include analyzing engagement metrics, developing actionable insights, partnering with leaders to enhance employee development, and direct support for succession planning and talent development training. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, organizational development, internal communications, or related people-focused roles.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, PHR or related certification preferred.
  • Experience designing and scaling programs across multiple sites/locations preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Must carry out responsibilities in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Pre-employment criminal background checks and substance abuse testing are required.
