Job Summary
Employee Engagement Intern will support the Princeton team by assisting with the development and execution of internal communication strategies, including drafting and editing materials (newsletters, emails, intranet updates, social posts), managing intranet and company blog content, and helping plan and execute employee engagement activities and events (surveys, feedback sessions, recognition programs). The role involves providing logistical support for NJ company events, conducting research on internal communication practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, and participating in on-the-job training with mentorship opportunities. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and possess basic Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with SharePoint, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while aligning with Dover’s values.
Required Qualifications
- Academic Status: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn SharePoint; Staffbase is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high desire to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
