Job Summary
Coordinate employee arrivals and housing, oversee communal living spaces and housing units, and plan/execute employee engagement events and activities (sporting events, game nights, hikes, themed dinners) for May–October 2026. Produce memos using Microsoft Office and Canva to inform staff of changes and events. Provide transportation for employees via company passenger van and support dining room quality control. Requires driving a transit van, daily mobility, and ability to lift 35–50 lbs; must be over 21 with a valid license and clean driving record. Flexible, non-traditional schedule with various shifts and weekend/holiday coverage. Located in locations within Pursuit’s Alaska/Montana/Canadian Rockies and other destinations with a focus on hospitality, attractions, and guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 21 years of age and possess a valid Drivers’ License and have a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a transit van
- Requires daily walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, stairs, and cleaning with commercial grade chemicals
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver 35 - 50 lbs
- Willing to a non-traditional schedule with various shifts, split shifts, and on holidays and weekends
