Job Summary
Part-time Employee Dining Room Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. Responsibilities include following the canteen checklist, opening duties to set up the canteen, providing quality canteen and catering customer service with some food production and preparation, counter service, cleaning and restocking, maintaining cleanliness of the canteen and equipment, monitoring appliance and food temperatures, portioning and serving food, and adhering to daily menu plans.
