Employee Development Specialist

Plan, design, and implement specialized training workshops, seminars, and coursework to advance employee skills. Assess training needs across all facility staff levels and prepare written reports for testing enrolled employees. Coordinate required training opportunities and prioritize additional training recommendations for staff. Ensure all State, Federal, and facility standards are met while upgrading staff capabilities. Assist in designing programs for individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and those facing mental health or substance use challenges.
