Job Summary

The Employee Development Specialist will design and deliver training programs, onboarding and orientation, and ongoing skills development for employees. Responsibilities include assessing training needs via surveys, interviews, and manager input; creating and presenting onboarding materials; developing custom training programs; producing manuals and course materials; delivering a variety of training formats (group discussions, lectures, simulations, videos); maintaining training records, test results, retraining requirements, and evaluating program effectiveness through assessments and feedback; staying current with training trends; preparing and managing the training budget; handling database management and HR filing; maintaining employee files and newsletters; supporting day-to-day HR operations; and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Requires excellent verbal/written communication, strong presentation skills, proficiency with multimedia training platforms, ability to evaluate and design training options, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must have 3 years of management experience and experience in recruitment and training; related call center or collections experience is a plus. Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends. Location: Dallas, TX (relocation required). Supplemental pay includes bonus and signing bonus.
