Job Summary
Develop and execute organization-wide communication campaigns, newsletters, and internal social media content that engage employees with the business and leadership. Manage company communication platforms, maintain the editorial calendar, and source stories highlighting culture and values. Create scripts for short-form video and leverage media for creative storytelling. Support internal events like All-Hands meetings and provide timely answers to employee questions via email and Teams. Track campaign effectiveness through regular metrics reports and share insights with leadership. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to build relationships and drive engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of internal communications experience
- Excellent content development and writing skills, with a specific focus on campaigns, blog posts, video, and social media
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and script writing
- Self-starter mindset and the ability to take initiative, find stories, build relationships, and drive engagement with little direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in video, podcast, or other forms of content creation to help tell employee stories
- Familiar with Asana, Smartsheet, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative and project management tools
- Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders and across different levels of the organization
- Curious and flexible, with the ability to think creatively
- Effective team player, while also able to work independently
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and can thrive under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Agency experience is a plus
