Employee Communications Specialist

Job Summary
Employee Communications Specialist responsible for internal communications to Swarmer's global workforce, ensuring policy updates, milestones, and events are clearly communicated; produce written and multimedia content including announcements, newsletters, town halls, surveys, and executive summaries; coordinate with the VP of Communications and HR Director; develop engaging communications across Ukrainian, European, and US contexts and across multiple time zones; requires 4+ years in communications with at least 2 years in employee communications, strong HR and engagement knowledge, and fluency in English and Ukrainian (Polish a plus). The role is remote-first with hubs in Kyiv or Warsaw and supports a global, defense-tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Communications experience
- at least 2 years of dedicated employee communications experience
- Strong written and verbal communications; ability to create newsletters, articles, slide decks, social posts
- Fluent English and Ukrainian; Polish a plus
