Job Summary
Define the internal brand identity and messaging for ERGO NEXT, crafting marketing-grade assets and campaign collateral; develop emotionally resonant executive communications and high-stakes narrative decks; maintain the internal brand toolkit and wiki, and build comprehensive communication plans guiding employees through the acquisition journey; design People Experience activations and ensure connected culture across sites (office and remote) with a focus on leadership audiences and culture-building.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience in brand design, internal communications, copywriting, or related creative field
- Dual-threat portfolio (visual design and strategic writing)
- Technical fluency in Canva, Google Suite, and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Executive presence and ability to tailor materials for leadership
- Project management with ability to balance brand strategy and people programs/budgets
- Change-agent mindset for navigating ambiguity
- Passion for culture-building and belonging
