Job Summary
Assist the lead teacher in the instruction and care of children ages 6 weeks to 3 years, promoting developmentally appropriate social interactions and physical and cognitive growth. Manage classrooms with a maximum of 16 infants and/or toddlers, ensuring safe and engaging environments. This role operates 196 days per year with varying schedules between 7:00 AM and 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, though experience working with small children is preferred.
