Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness in shared RV park spaces, including showers, bathrooms, and common areas, while conducting daily restroom inspections for maintenance issues and proper stocking. Assist employees with check-ins and check-outs, monitor facility usage for rule compliance, and address violations by contacting security or issuing disciplinary action. Perform general landscaping duties such as raking, watering, and pruning, and conduct weekly cabin inspections. Report maintenance problems and hazardous conditions immediately via work orders to Engineering. Empty garbage, ashtrays, and recycling, and liaise with Human Resources regarding employee issues. Work 40-45 hours per week during September through mid-October 2026.
