Job Summary
As an Employer Branding Senior Specialist, you will lead strategic initiatives to shape Coupang's perception in Taiwan. You will act as a strategic partner to the RFC recruiting team, and serve as a brand ambassador by delivering creative content and impactful brand communications that reflect Coupang's leadership principles and culture. You will drive integrated recruitment marketing across online and offline channels (job boards, social media, campus events, career fairs) to build a robust talent pipeline, optimize recruitment channels through data on conversion rates and candidate quality, promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across internal and external platforms, develop high-impact recruitment content tailored to different platforms, monitor the end-to-end candidate journey and brand perception, perform data-driven branding analyses with metrics such as Cost-per-Hire and Channel ROI, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective branding activations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Performance Marketing with a strong focus on talent acquisition
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (Online & Offline) and understanding recruitment funnels
- Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive
- Proficiency in digital content strategy and social media analytics
- Strong data literacy with experience in using analytics tools to measure marketing ROI and recruitment effectiveness
- General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance/legal/HR/logistics/e-commerce/tech
- Experience of working or hiring within a high-growth start-up or fast-paced tech environment
