Job Summary
Deliveries to customers on assigned routes as Courier Connection Driver. Responsibilities include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining daily electronic driving logs, driving to destinations as outlined by the manifest in compliance with state laws and transportation regulations, notifying Customer Service of route changes or delays, checking in with customers at designated accounts, unloading and delivering products, submitting paperwork, and performing other duties as assigned. Skills & experiences include a current Class B CDL preferred (not necessary with 2 years driving 26ft box trucks), DOT physical card, safe driving record, GA license; strong customer service and communication abilities; reading and writing information accurately; ability to operate computers/software; attention to detail; ability to perform basic math and basic mechanical maintenance; and willingness to work extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current Class B commercial driver’s license preferred, but not necessary if you have at least 2 years driving 26ft box trucks
