Job Summary
Support benefits and payroll system implementations by translating technical requirements into actionable guidance for clients and internal teams. Act as a subject matter expert on outside benefit administration systems, reviewing configuration decisions to ensure alignment with intended functionality. Manage new Employee Navigator builds and lead payroll integrations from expectation setting through go-live, while supporting complex renewals with data feeds and system changes. Partner with Sales during prospecting meetings and provide cross-functional support for renewal technology builds during peak periods. This client-facing role requires 3+ years of benefits technology experience and Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Employee Benefits or Payroll technology
- 3+ years supporting benefits system implementation, renewal, or integration
- 3+ years of client-facing experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Employee Navigator experience preferred
