Job Summary
The Support Specialist provides technical and administrative support to the Employee Benefits department, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient assistance. This role manages a high-volume workload in a deadline-driven environment and requires gaining knowledge of carrier websites and eligibility systems. What You Will Do: Handle service requests by navigating carrier websites and third-party enrollment systems to process inquiries, changes, and cancellations; process daily enrollments, terminations, and changes to support employees, carriers, and the agency; review printed and electronic materials for accuracy and completeness; support department projects as needed; learn and use internal systems to manage all work, including communications and documentation.
