Assist the internal team with new business, case design, renewals, and ongoing customer service while responding to agent and client inquiries regarding group coverage. Utilize internal and external technology, carrier, and enrollment portals, including assistance with portal setup and agent/client training. Learn products, insurance carriers, and internal processes to effectively communicate and build credibility. Prioritize tasks, maintain strong organizational skills, and adapt to changing environments under pressure. This role supports AmeriLife's national brokerage agency in providing financial solutions and employee benefits to families and businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
