Employee Benefits Senior Client Service Representative

Senior Client Service Representative supports Account Managers, Producers, Account Executives and other internal teams to execute MMA Midwest service strategies, handling plan changes, documenting in agency systems, building client relationships through phone, email and in-person meetings, explaining coverage terms and program updates, coordinating with internal departments for timely service execution, maintaining complete client files, managing renewals and pricing workflows, and mentoring peers. Requires insurance knowledge and a Fire/Casualty or Life/Health license as applicable; BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred. Marsh emphasizes a culture of collaboration and client-focused service across 200+ offices.
