Job Summary
Conduct in-depth analysis on medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and key indicators for clients. Provide reporting used by HUB clients to understand how their health care costs and utilization are tracking relative to expectations. Analyze data to determine what is driving costs and recommend actions for managing health care plans. Coordinate annual processes across HUB functions relating to health care planning and renewals for clients. Collaborate with internal Benefit Consultants to address specific client questions and needs. Support other team members to ensure timely delivery of work. Develop expertise in health care insurance and industry standards over time.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- An interest in working with clients in a professional environment
- Demonstrated collaboration and leadership
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Desire to win and go above-and-beyond for your clients and co-workers
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and seek to understand

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with business intelligence tools and/or computer programming skills
- Department Account Management & Service Required Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Negligible travel
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
