Job Summary
Conduct legal research, drafting, and analysis for Employee Benefits (ERISA) matters, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPs, health and welfare plans, and applicable rules under ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A. Collaborate with the firm's employment, corporate finance, financial institutions, and general business practice groups while managing a challenging workload. Requires an active Minnesota license or eligibility to become admitted to the Minnesota bar, along with strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota license or eligibility to become admitted to the Minnesota bar
