Job Summary

You'll need a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or ten years of industry experience, along with an active license in Group, Life, and Health. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years in Health and Benefits or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or ten years of industry experience
- Active license in Group, Life, and Health
- Exceptional ability to develop, prospect, and maintain client relationships
- Extensive understanding of insurance carriers and employee benefits
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
