Employee Benefits Consultant role focusing on managing SME and mid-corporate client portfolios to deliver renewal income, generate new business through referrals and partnerships, and negotiate with insurers to secure good value outcomes. Requires experience in financial services with private medical insurance, relationship-building with insurers/providers, Cert CII or willingness to study towards qualification, strong numeracy and literacy, effective verbal and written communication, and a professional customer-focused approach. Remote/homebased in the United Kingdom; team-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Cert CII or willingness to study towards qualification
- Experience within the financial services market is essential
- Experience in relationship building with insurers/providers, clients and account managers
