Job Summary
Draft plan documents and amendments, advise clients on ERISA, qualified pension, 401k, 403B, and health and welfare plans, and address complex benefits issues tied to corporate transactions. Manage work across qualified and nonqualified plans while ensuring attorney admission in the relevant state. Submit a resume and law school transcript for consideration, with writing samples and deal sheets appreciated. Applications remain confidential and are not shared with employers without permission. This role is with a full-service, multi-office law firm serving clients in Hartford, Stamford, and Boston.

- working with qualified plans

- executive compensation

- dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions
- advising clients in ERISA

- 403B
- health and welfare plans
- Top academic credentials
- excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Attorneys must be admitted in the state their office is located
- have the ability to become admitted in that state after hire
- Graduation from law school
- practice experience
