Job Summary

Design and advise on all forms of equity compensation for M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with securities disclosure rules. Independently run deals with minimal partner supervision while handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Submit a resume and law school transcript via the on-line application system to the National Recruitment Manager. Candidates must possess a law degree from an ABA-accredited school and hold a U.S. Bar membership.

Required Qualifications

  • significant experience in executive compensation and benefits matters related to M&A transactions
  • ability to design and give advice on all forms of equity compensation
  • knowledge of securities disclosure rules pertaining to executive compensation
  • self-starter mindset
  • comfort handling multiple matters at once in a fast-paced environment
