Drive new-business activity through prospecting, relationship-building, and advisory selling with HR, People, Finance, and executive stakeholders. Manage complex employer benefit programs, including self-funded plans and alternative funding strategies, while contributing to business growth and book development. Combine industry expertise with commercial orientation to help clients navigate important benefits decisions.
