Job Summary
The Financial Service Account Manager handles the delivery of group benefits services with emphasis on fully insured and self-funded medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, and LTC insurance. Responsibilities include policy administration (renewals, proposals, client requests), setting up the online benefits portal for group clients, reviewing contracts and invoicing, coordinating with Producers on the expiration process, handling information requests between clients and carriers, and maintaining AMS360 documentation. The role requires collaboration with carriers, brokers, and clients, strong organizational and time-management skills, and comfort with data analysis. Colorado Life & Health License is preferred; CEBS or GBDS designations are a plus. This is a remote position in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of related experience and/or training in the insurance industry
- Colorado Life & Health License is preferred
- CEBS or GBDS designations are a plus
