Job Summary
Employee Benefits Account Manager responsible for managing day-to-day services for large-group benefits accounts (100+ employees), coordinating renewals, onboarding, open enrollment, and eligibility updates; supporting self-funded and level-funded health plans; maintaining records in AMS/EASE/Employee Navigator; assisting with proposals, platform builds, and account maintenance; collaborating with producers, carriers, and internal teams to support client accounts; requires strong benefits knowledge, technical expertise, and ability to navigate complex client scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management within an insurance brokerage environment
- Solid understanding of self-funded employee benefits programs
- Experience managing renewals, open enrollment, eligibility administration, and carrier relationships
