Employee Benefits Account Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Manage employee benefits renewals, quotes, enrollment and ongoing account servicing for client groups; coordinate with Producers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience, including soliciting bids, marketing strategies, and timely delivery of quotes; enroll clients in coverage with carriers, answer inquiries, and support issue resolution; maintain accurate client records in CRM/Agency Management Systems; identify coverage gaps and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell; communicate policy details and renewal options clearly to clients and stakeholders; collaborate with multiple Producers and teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention; stay informed on employee benefits trends and regulatory updates; requires 1-3 years of related experience and an active Life & Health license, with a hybrid work arrangement in San Antonio, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
- High school diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field required.
