Job Summary

Employee Benefits Account Manager responsible for day-to-day service and relationship management for employee benefits clients. Works with the Producer, Account Executive, and Account Administrator to manage a book of business, coordinate open enrollment preparations (OE packets, SBCs, disclosure notices), maintain carrier relationships, support client retention, and address client questions and issues. Manages projects with clients (vendor implementations, plan additions), prepares benchmarking and census reports, assists with billing/eligibility audits, ensures compliance, and contributes to RFPs and renewals. Supports presentations to HR managers, mentors junior staff, and collaborates to ensure resources from HUB are effectively leveraged. Requires strong communication, project management, and data handling skills; L&H license and bilingual English-Spanish are noted as assets. Location: Oklahoma City, OK; travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • L&H License required or must be able to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Client-facing experience required
  • 3-5 years of related experience in employee benefits or Account Management
