Job Summary
Manage overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery by coaching Account Associates, prioritizing workloads, and troubleshooting issues to help clients make informed decisions. Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments, new business, and renewals by ensuring accurate proposal creation, quote review, and timely pre-renewal follow-ups. Develop and execute renewal marketing plans with Service Teams while negotiating coverage and price with underwriters to maintain high client retention and minimize E&O exposure. Requires a current Life & Health insurance license, strong computer skills, and 5+ years in the insurance industry. On-site presence required for collaboration and cross-functional partnership.
Required Qualifications
- Current Insurance License in Life & Health for the state in which your agency office is located
- Ability to work toward professional designation
- Must be comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or related field OR equivalent relevant experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
