Job Summary
Employee Benefits Account Management Team Lead responsible for overseeing a team of Office Advocates in the EB department, coordinating workflow strategies, training, and adherence to agency policies; acts as primary liaison between clients, prospects, carriers, and producers, and leads open enrollment activities, proposal analysis, carrier communications, and renewal processes. Requires leadership abilities, strong organizational and mathematical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint preferred). Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent and a Life and Health license; ACSR designation is preferred. Four+ years of account-management experience and a proactive, collaborative approach are expected.
Required Qualifications
